Trout fish are sensitive to water temperature and water flow, the most common production method for these delicate long bodied fish are raceways and rivers, but also in recirculating aquaculture systems. In order to achieve high meat yields and great FCR, it is important to think not only about feeds going in, but also about the excrements going out.
